About Womens Health Physio

Our Charted Physiotherapists are all members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and members of the regulatory board CORU. This means that your therapist meets the high standard required to use the title ‘Chartered Physiotherapist’

Womens Health Physiotherapy is a specialist service. Your Chartered Physiotherapist will have undertaken post graduate courses. This will ensure that you are in the safest and most capable hands to help you with your symptoms.

Womens Health Physiotherapy like most health care area is ever evolving. Being at the forefront of research and new aspects of this specialist area is the corner stone of our service.

Sara Cogley


Sara is in our Cork Clinic.

Sara graduated from DCU with a bachelors degree in Athletic Therapy and Training and went on to complete the Masters of Physiotherapy in UCC.

Sara has worked in both the Public and Private sectors where she

discovered an interest in Women’s Health and has specialised in Pelvic Floor and Urinary Incontinence Physiotherapy. 

Sara is a proud Wexford woman and has been involved in Wexford sport for many years both in her capacity as an Athletic Therapist and a Physio. 

Sara is registered with CORU and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Outside of work Sara loves travelling having lived in various parts of America, and Australia for stints. She enjoys a challenge and has a keen interest in sport and fitness.

Donna Tamayo


Donna is in our Limerick Clinic

Donna is a dedicated physiotherapist with an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in Canada. Her professional journey began as a kinesiologist, where she honed her understanding of movement before pursuing a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Limerick. Currently based in Limerick, She specializes in addressing various musculoskeletal conditions, including Womens Health, Ante/Post Natal pain, neck and low back pain, sports injuries, tendon injuries, approaching each case with a professional and friendly demeanor. She also integrates clinical pilates into her practice to enhance rehabilitation outcomes and promote overall wellness. 

While she enjoys outdoor activities and maintains an active lifestyle, she brings a balanced and composed attitude to her work. Whether helping patients recover or engaging in her own fitness pursuits, Donna combines professionalism with a personable touch, creating a positive and effective experience for those under her care.
